REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE:

Marcus Britton has been in Real Estate for a little over 4 years wholesaling and flipping houses.  He recently encouraged his wife (who's been in the medical field for years) to quit her job by generating her entire years salary in just one month! Now his entire family has joined him with buying and selling wholesale properties all throughout the Continental US. He and his children have divided the country with each child working and building within his/her own territory. 

Marcus has also personally mentored over 50 new real estate investors looking to expand their knowledge and generate additional income during the pandemic.  Just under 10 of these investors where completely new to the industry and are grateful to Marcus for helping them close their very first deal!

As a Serial Entrepreneur, for years Marcus has always functioned from the philosophy "Build Your Own Economy!"  "Asking others to take care of you when you have the ability to take care of yourself is a recipe for disaster..." He exclaimed. "We must figure it out along the way!"

 

Marcus has developed and owned multiple successful business models. Owning several restaurants, a photography studio, a T-shirt printing shop and a construction company, Marcus has determined that he now will take all that he has learned and offer it to young adults looking to empower themselves.  Perhaps one of Marcus' most exciting business ventures was functioning as an executive director and traveling with various Hip Hop artists signed to LA Reid of  Arista Records (Atlanta, GA).  Marcus share to the road  with artist such as  Mid-Wicked, Big Boi and Naughty By Nature.

In 2022, Marcus has also decided to explore the idea of becoming a best selling author. As he prepares to share a new real estate philosophy titled, "LINK" & Grow Rich, Marcus eagerly wishes to teach the masses how to obtain financial independence through real estate.
