REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE:

One of the things James Wills is passionate about is teaching landlords how to have a hands-off, hassle-free guaranteed rent investment. The U.S. Air Force veteran serves as a Property Investor and is the Owner of The North Carolina KeyGlee Franchise based in Durham, North Carolina. 

 

James attended Winston-Salem State University, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Nursing, opening the door for him to serve his community during his 23 year career as a Registered Nurse.
Realizing real estate was his true passion, however, James began his Real Estate journey in 1998. He would spend 12 years as a Real Estate Broker and owner of James Wills Realty LLC, 8 years as a Loan Officer and has been investing ever since. James is the Founder of Mecca Capital Group (MCG). MCG offers flexible financial solutions to meet the needs of borrowers needing funding for both owner-occupied and non-owner occupied residential properties in 45 states. MCG also offers financing for income-producing commercial properties, including multi-family, mixed-use, office and retail buildings. Within these roles, and utilizing a dedication to not only results, but also a hard work ethic instilled in him throughout his childhood, James and his extensive network of investors have closed hundreds of transactions nationally. While doing so, he worked alongside experienced and new investors, which in turn would give him a birds eye view of the challenges faced by investors.

Today, sharing a wealth of knowledge and experience, he is determined to guide others in avoiding the headaches and pitfalls of real estate through the Landlord2Lender system. Here, it is his hope to help 5,000 tired landlords eliminate the hassles and stresses of being a tired landlord while receiving “Guaranteed Rent” payments. In addition, James has taken an active role in his community by volunteering with organizations that include Habitat for Humanity and Boy Scouts of America. Outside of his volunteer service and career, he loves spending his free time playing golf, exercising, traveling and most importantly creating memories with family and friends.
