REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE:

Hello!  My name is Brenton White.  I am a single father of three, born and raised in the city of Indianapolis.  I started my real estate journey in 2019.  The driving factors that led me into real estate was the desire for financial freedom, and the need to create free time to spend with my children.  Initially, I began wholesaling properties in the Indianapolis metropolitan area.  After a lot of hard work and a dedication, building relationships with repeat customers, I was soon given the responsibility to run rehab projects for some of the investors that I had previously worked with.  I have successfully found and managed over 25 projects.  In 2020 I completed my broker pre-licensing course, and received my real estate broker license in 2021.  I now work as a broker associate for Carpenter Realtors, with a specialty in investment properties.
